ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its brand-new and innovative outpatient center dedicated to older adults in Birmingham, AL.

• Clinic Hours Monday-Friday
• Senior patient panel only (65 years )
• Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients

• Compensation model includes guaranteed annual base salary, annual bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume), and signing bonus

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Experience in Managed Care/Medicare Advantage focused model is a plus
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
• Physician must have an active, non-probationary AL medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full AL medical licensure
