Bethany Medical Center is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established, physician-led, multi-specialty outpatient practice in Central North Carolina.
This opportunity is ideal for both experienced APPs and new graduates, offering a supportive clinical environment, strong onboarding, and access to extensive onsite ancillary and specialty services.

Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- AANP or NCCPA certification
- Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Eligible for North Carolina licensure
- Join a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a busy outpatient setting
- Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment
- Blend of primary care, urgent care, and pain management services
- Build strong patient relationships with a focus on bedside manner and quality care
- Develop and implement patient management plans and document progress notes
- Assist in the provision of continuity of care
- Communicate test results, follow-up care, and treatment plans clearly to patients
- Refer patients to specialists and appropriate care services as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate information
