- W2: $110/hour ($99/hr base pay & $11/hr QSP)
- RVU Bonus Pay:$10/hr bonus if 8.9 RVUs/hr met
- Night Shift Differential: $6/hr 12a-6a
- Holiday Pay: time and a half for designated holidays
- PEDI ER:
- W2: $100/hour ($90/hr base pay & $10/hr QSP)
- Night Shift Differential: $6/hr 12a-6a
- RVU Bonus Pay: $10/hr bonus if 8 RVUs/hr met; $20/hr bonus if 8.9 RVUs/hr met
- Holiday Pay: time and a half for designated holidays
- 1099 PRN for Pedi ER Only: $110/hr flat rate (no RVU, no QSP and no travel expenses provided)
