Sanford Health's Department of Anesthesia is looking for board-certified MD's to join their team of 24 anesthesiologists and 80 CRNAs in Fargo, ND. Generalists as well as those with fellowship training in Peds, Neuro, or Ortho are encouraged to apply.

COMPENSATION DETAILS:
- Annual compensation of $600,000 if you complete required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE
- In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
- Region's only Level I Trauma Center Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center
- The department provides anesthesia for approximately 28,000 cases per year at three hospitals
- All specialties are represented including acute pain service
- The anesthesia care team model is used for nearly all of our cases
- Strong relationships within department and surgical staff
- Academic appointment available through UND School of Medicine
- Research opportunities and support services are available as well
