What you'll be doing
As a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- You will be working with other members of the team that you are part of, assessing needs of patients and assessing risks accordingly.
- You will provide outstanding evidence based care to a case load of psycho social patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them.
- You will provide a programme of psycho social interventions, along with information and advice on substance misuse related concerns.
- promote safe patient care
- develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.

Qualifications Required
- You will have experience of working within the substance misuse multi-disciplinary frame work, that includes housing, social care, healthcare, and mental health pathways.
- You’ll also have a flexible approach to working within a team that encourages new ideas and opinions on how to improve the service.
- Good IT skills and IT literacy
Salary : $33,510
