About Practice Partners
Practice Partners is a fast-growing marketing company that helps former therapists and mental health professionals transition into successful online coaching businesses. We specialize in high-quality video ads, organic content, and brand systems that help our clients scale their message and attract premium clients.
We’re expanding our creative team and looking for a Video Editor who can also handle light Graphic Design — someone who’s not only skilled but has great taste, understands marketing, and stays ahead of content trends.
What You’ll Do
Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) for client accounts — this will be high volume, so we are looking for someone with a fast workflow. 40-50 organic reels per month.
Create high-performing ad creatives inspired by top influencers (e.g. Iman Gadzhi, Luke Belmar, etc.) with modern transitions, captions, and pacing.
Edit long-form content (podcasts, webinars, YouTube videos) when needed.
Apply professional color grading, captions, 4K filters, and clean typography that aligns with our brand aesthetic.
Assist with static content and graphic design (carousel posts, thumbnails, quote posts, etc.).
Collaborate directly with our creative and strategy teams to bring marketing campaigns to life.
Stay current on video trends, styles, and algorithms to keep our clients’ content fresh and relevant.
Who You Are
A skilled video editor with a strong eye for design, pacing, and storytelling.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) and able to understand subtle tone, humor, and nuance.
Highly organized, fast-working, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
Someone with good taste and an understanding of what makes a video scroll-stopping.
Comfortable receiving feedback and continuously improving your craft.
Interested in growing long-term with a company that promotes from within — editors here have the potential to grow into roles like Creative Director or Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Preferred Locations
United States, Canada, Philippines, or South Africa. Or other as long as fluent in English.
