The Client Services Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day support to our clients and internal billing teams. - Schedule/prepare for client meetings

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in professional administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, Google Workspace and general computer skills
- Familiarity with medical billing, insurance terminology or healthcare environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in using practice management systems, payer portals or CRM/project tracking tools
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field
