What We Offer
- Competitive pay: Starting $52 per hour (Negotiable)
- Full-time schedule (4 days/week) - Flexible
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

About Our Practice
We are a state-of-the-art dental office committed to delivering high-quality care in a positive and collaborative setting. Our hygienists play a vital role in patient education, preventive care, and overall treatment planning. We encourage full-scope practice and foster meaningful relationships with patients. Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including:
- Prophylaxis
- Periodontal therapy
- Scaling and root planing
- Periodontal maintenance
- Conduct patient assessments:
- Medical history review
- Periodontal charting
- Oral health screenings
- Take diagnostic radiographs as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Communicate findings and collaborate with the dentist
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene (accredited program)
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license (or eligibility)
- Local anesthesia certification (if applicable)
- Laser therapy certification (or willingness to train)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
