Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Mental Health Counselor located in Grand Rapids, MI. Area Responsibilities include conducting individual, group, and relationship counseling sessions, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing guidance on mental health and emotional well-being. The role also involves case management and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support clients' overall mental health goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in providing counseling services, including Mental Health support and Relationship Counseling
- Experience in Treatment Planning and Case Management
- Strong understanding of Psychology and mental health principles
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state of Michigan
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
