What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Practical Behavior Analysis?
Practical Behavior Analysis is hiring an RBT in the Fayetteville area to join our team of dedicated, caring clinicians. Our Fayetteville team has opportunities for center-based and in-home therapy services.
Practical Behavior Analysis is a small business, owned and operated by a BCBA (TN LBA), and managed by BCBAs. Our Fayetteville team is tight-knit and works closely together to deliver the best possible treatment for our clients.
Compensation: $18 - $24
Working on your independent fieldwork? We will supervise and train you! Our team has successfully trained many clinicians to sit for and pass the BCBA exam. We do not charge for supervision, and supervision meetings are paid.
Eligible candidates for the position have the following qualities:
1. Possess an active Registered Behavior Technician certification, in good standing
2. Motivated to improve the lives of their clients
3. Experience implementing discrete trials and other direct teaching protocols
4. Interested in learning to work with varying populations
5. Available to work 8am to 5pm on weekdays
