What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Pracht Injury Lawyers, LLP?
Pracht Injury Lawyers is seeking a new or early-career attorney who wants to learn how to become an effective plaintiff’s lawyer and civil litigator. No prior personal injury experience is required.
This is a hands-on position where you will learn the nuts and bolts of personal injury litigation, including automobile collisions, premises liability, workers’ compensation, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and complex civil cases. You will work alongside experienced attorneys and participate in cases from the initial client meeting through settlement or trial.

The starting salary is $100,000 for the first year. After the first year, there may be an opportunity to restructure compensation to a commission-based or performance-based model.
This position is for an attorney who wants more than simply managing files. It is an opportunity to develop litigation skills, work on significant cases, build genuine relationships with clients, and grow into an accomplished plaintiff’s lawyer.
