We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with proven experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery and a strong background in managing complex IT programs. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to AT&T projects or telecommunications environments, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage full SDLC, and align execution with business priorities. This role requires hands-on leadership, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end ownership of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for multiple concurrent initiatives.
Implement and scale Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring sprint cadence, backlog prioritization, and KPI tracking.
Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, architects, and business stakeholders to align deliverables with strategic goals.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies, proactively resolving impediments.
Drive CI/CD adoption and iterative release planning to accelerate value delivery.
Provide executive-level reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes.
Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices, including requirements traceability, testing, and release management.
Mentor and coach team members to foster accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8–12 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in Agile/Scrum leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, and Agile frameworks.
Proficiency with JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, and other project management tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Experience managing onsite and distributed teams.
Preferred Skills
Prior AT&T project experience or background in telecommunications / large-scale enterprise IT programs.
Experience with process optimization, risk management, and project recovery.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and DevOps practices.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
