Job Description:
Transmission ( TNST ) The Business Analyst Transmission supports the transmission organization by translating business needs into actionable requirements, delivering data-driven analysis, and enabling process and system improvements. This role partners with stakeholders across planning, operations, asset management, engineering, and regulatory to improve decision-making and execution for transmission projects and programs.

- Key Responsibilities Elicit, document, and manage business and system requirements for transmission programs (planning, project delivery, operations, maintenance, asset management).
- Analyze transmission data (e.g., outages, performance, cost, load flow, work orders) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; produce dashboards and reports for leadership. Support project business cases, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and rate-case or regulatory filings as needed. Translate technical concepts (SCADA/EMS, protection & control, GIS, substation equipment) into clear requirements for IT and vendors.
- Serve as liaison between functional users, IT, project managers, and external contractors during system implementations (SAP, Maximo, GIS, EAM, OMS, custom apps). Lead process mapping
