Role Description
This is a full-time, Remote role for a Senior Sales Recruiter located in Texas. The Senior Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of recruitment for sales-related roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the hiring process. The recruiter will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the company's ambitious sales growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting processes
- Proficiency in Hiring and Account Management to support client and business needs
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging candidates and stakeholders
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and understand their staffing requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment; prior experience in technology or sales domains preferred
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
