Pay: $17/hour COMMISSIONS

About the Role:
The Reservations Sales Agent is responsible for managing bookings while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is heavily focused on sales, upselling, and revenue generation.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage booking and reservation requests accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers throughout the reservation process
• Process payments securely
• Upsell luxury packages and services
• Follow up with clients to maximize satisfaction and conversions
What We’re Looking For:
• 100% Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
