Janitor / Custodian - $15/hr - (Mon-Thur, 6pm-9pm)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Evening Janitor. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of your assigned facility. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for the facility's employees and visitors.

Duties:

• Perform floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Conduct cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness
• Serve as a Janitor, ensuring that all areas are free from debris and well-maintained
• Perform commercial cleaning tasks in various areas of the facility
• Assist with custodial duties, such as emptying trash bins and restocking supplies
• Contribute to facility maintenance by reporting any maintenance or repair needs
• Ensure all areas are clean and presentable at all times

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Experience with floor care techniques and equipment operation
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and procedures
• Previous experience as a porter or in commercial cleaning is preferred
• Ability to perform custodial duties efficiently and effectively
• Basic understanding of facility maintenance tasks
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
