What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Carpenter position at PPS-HPS?
Join one of the best Carpentry crews Cleveland has to offer! This team has been building, rehabbing, maintaining, and repairing buildings and homes throughout Northeast Ohio for nearly half a century.
[Duties]
- Residential ground up construction, renovations, additions, and build outs
- Wood framing, interior finish work, & rough in work
- Installation of windows, doors, and siding
[Requirements]
- At least 3 years of carpentry experience (more xp = more $$$)
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Must have a valid driver’s license OR proof of driving privileges
[Details]
- $23 to $30 an hour depending on prior experience
- Monthly attendance bonus, 401K Profit Sharing, Medical, Vision and Dental health coverage
- Local Work (no overnight travel)
