What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspector position at PPS-HPS?
We are looking for a dedicated individual help support production efforts in our quality control department. This individual will be cross trained in all aspects of the shop in order to promote room for growth and advancement!
Job Description:
- Check surfaces on plastic sheet
- Gauge with a micrometer
- Length, width, squareness with a tape measure
- Color with a color meter
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Training will include other duties on the production floor to help understand all positions and processes.
- Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.

Requirements:
- Able to take samples off the lines, appx 20lbs
- Need to be able to read a tape measure
- Proficient at basic math
- Must have worked in a general warehouse setting
- Able to use hand tools
- Forklift Certs a plus
- Basic computer skills a plus
