Masonry Estimator/Project Manager

We are looking for a qualified Construction Estimator/Project Manager with a strong background in the masonry/façade restoration industry to join a growing team in the Cleveland, OH, area. Our ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills, is highly organized, is a great problem solver, is very efficient, and has strong attention to detail & time management.

[Duties]

• Lead full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, including estimating, bidding, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Analyze plans, specifications, and blueprints to develop accurate cost estimates, perform take-offs, define scope of work, and prepare competitive proposals
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain quotes, manage project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure quality control and project goals are met

• Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience as a commercial estimator/project manager and be knowledgeable in the masonry field
• Proficient in construction software (Procore, Blue Beam)

• Pay Rage: $80k to $110k annual bonus opportunity
