What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator Project Manager (Waterproofing) position at PPS-HPS?
We seek a meticulous, thorough, and organized Estimator to join our growing team in the Commercial Weatherproofing division.
[Duties]
- Prepare and present cost estimates and detailed project budgets to management and clients for commercial construction projects (fluid/sheet waterproofing, sealant, spray foam, or traffic coating projects)
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and analyze subcontractor bids for materials, labor, and equipment
- Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential cost overruns
[Requirements]
- Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial weatherproofing/waterproofing cost estimation
- Proficient in construction estimating software

- Pay Rage: $80k to $100k annual bonus opportunity
