We’re hiring a Controls Engineer to support robotic welding operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is hands-on—working directly with robotic weld cells, PLCs, and automation systems to keep production running efficiently and improve overall performance.

What You’ll Do
- Program and troubleshoot robotic welding systems (Motoman/Yaskawa a plus)
- Support and optimize PLC-controlled automation (Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Improve weld processes (MIG/spot welding parameters, cycle time, quality)
- Troubleshoot electrical and controls issues on the floor
- Assist with new equipment launches and system integration
- Work closely with production and engineering teams
What We’re Looking For
- Controls/automation experience in manufacturing
- Robotic welding experience strongly preferred
- PLC programming and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work hands-on in a production environment
