The Network Incentives Specialist (NIS) supports the Network Division incentive programs. This position works under the direct supervision of the Network Incentives & Recognition Marketing Manager to ensure the success of all incentive related initiatives and programs.

Performance Outcomes
Incentive Collateral & Leaderboards
- Create and develop incentive marketing collateral including flyers, social media graphics, and videos.
- Facilitate the distribution of incentive information through associate communication channels including, but not limited to social media, livestream, emails, and text messages.
- Develop incentive leaderboards as directed by Network leadership.
- Support the creation of both internal and external communications for upcoming and current incentives.
- Regularly promote incentive programs on the appropriate communication channels.
- Regularly recognize incentive program qualifiers on the appropriate communication channels.
- Support the training of internal support teams on incentive programs.
- Maintain a repository of incentive qualification criteria and collateral for historical reference.
- Create rank and qualifier reporting for incentive programs under the direction of the Network Incentives and Recognition Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional or marketing experience required.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite required.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Experience with Canva Pro preferred.
