Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Flexible Hours NR

Shift & Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (Scheduling options available; looking for 7 to 15 hours per week per person).

We are seeking energetic, dedicated, and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide individualized, 1:1 support to a young adult with neurodevelopmental and communication differences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Living Support: Assist the individual with routine daily living skills to foster independence, comfort, and safety at home.
• Communication Support: Support the individual’s unique communication style and speech needs.
• Community Engagement: Accompany and facilitate participation in community and recreational activities.
• Active Engagement: Plan, prompt, and encourage active participation in daily tasks, physical movement, and interests.

• Must be a Pennsylvania resident.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience supporting individuals with speech differences, autism, or developmental support needs is a plus, but not a requirement. We are fully prepared and happy to provide training for the right candidate.
