Job Overview
Seeking a compassionate and reliable Part Time Home Health Aide to provide personal care and assistance to a quadriplegic individual in their private residence. The ideal candidate will support the client’s physical needs, help maintain their independence and dignity, and ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.
Currently seeking coverage for weekend shifts of 10:30am-12:30pm with the possibility of weekday and nighttime shifts available in the near future.
Duties
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Run errands and accompany client to appointments as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in home health care or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to assist with transfers in and out of a wheelchair and shower chair.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass a physical exam and tb test.
- Must successfully complete all background checks as required by Public Partnerships (PPL)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.65 per hour
