Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Office Administrator will oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing administrative tasks, maintaining office equipment, coordinating communication within the team, and ensuring outstanding customer service is provided to our clients. This role supports the smooth functioning of the office to help the organization meet its goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance duties, including scheduling, record maintenance, and filing
- Knowledge of Office Equipment and ability to ensure its proper operation and maintenance
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Customer Service experience with a focus on fostering positive client relationships
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities effectively, and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency with office software and familiarity with basic workplace technology
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is advantageous
