We’re expanding our sales enrollment team due to the success and growing demand from our telecommunications clients within the local area. As we continue to make an impact, we’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and play a key role in our sales enrollment and customer experience efforts. Each Client Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and executing sales operations across multiple communities within a 20-mile radius. In this role, you’ll develop in-depth knowledge of local demographics, competitive landscapes, and the surrounding cities to provide tailored telecommunications solutions on behalf of our client.
This position involves sales and customer service with full training provided. Please note this position is an uncapped commission role with the potential for high earnings.
This is a commission based role.
Client Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional sales support and guidance to new customers throughout their enrollment journey
- Build lasting relationships and foster trust with customers to ensure a seamless and positive sales experience
- Answer inquiries about service options, billing, and enrollment procedures with clarity and transparency
- Collaborate with Client Sales Representative team members to achieve and exceed company standards and expectations
- Represent our clients with the highest level of professionalism and ensure top-tier promotional outreach
- Maintain a high level of expertise regarding enrollment options, service plans, and promotional offers
- Consistently meet or surpass enrollment and sales targets
Client Sales Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage program requirements
- Proven problem-solving skills and initiative
- Ability to interpret data and generate insights for ongoing program improvement
- Professional and courteous communication skills
- Customer service experience and strong organizational skills
- Good judgment and discretion in maintaining the confidentiality of participant information
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to excellence
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales setting is a plus, but not required
