The Verizon Representative will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing product education, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Representative
- Engage with customers in person to discuss Verizon products and services
- Assist customers with new account enrollments and service upgrades
- Provide clear and accurate product information as a Verizon Representative
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Build rapport with customers to support long-term satisfaction and retention
- Maintain a professional image as a Verizon Representative at all times
- Participate in ongoing training to improve sales and communication skills
Qualifications for the Verizon Representative
