What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
- Engage with customers (in an in-person setting) to understand their needs and recommend customized product and service options
- Educate customers on current promotions and packages that fit their usage and budget
- Manage account activity, including service updates, enrollments, and troubleshooting
- Track conversations and performance data to ensure a smooth customer experience and accurate reporting
- Support territory-level sales initiatives by contributing to outreach, customer follow-ups, and daily team goals
- Coordinate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve the engagement strategy
- Represent the brand professionally, helping to create lasting impressions and build customer trust
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative :
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- 0-2 years of previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Has strong communication skills and a passion for working with people
