Wholesale Showroom Sales Assistant
Ideal candidate would possess experience working in wholesale apparel or consumer products showroom.
Responsibilities to include:
- Keep showroom fully stocked with each new seasons samples.
- Keep back office sample closets neat and organized with extra samples.
- Make sample requests from warehouse inventory for items needed in showroom.
- Configure and Print lines sheets, cads and presentations for buyers using company software.Review Available to sell inventory and help with buyer/customer requests.
- Prepare sample packages to send out buyers.
- Receive and distribute all incoming packages from UPS/DHL/FEDEX etc...Assist various requests for buyer meetings, sales travel meetings and post meeting follow up.
- Knowledge of Outlook ,Excel, Word, etc.
- General Computer proficiency for all tasks is a requirement.
- Occasionally cover the reception area when needed.
