Print Designer

We’re an established company seeking a talented and detail-oriented Print Designer with a passion for creating beautiful, original artwork tailored for sleepwear and loungewear collections. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for color, pattern, and trend, with the ability to translate design concepts into commercially successful prints that align with brand identity and seasonal direction.

Responsibilities:

· Develop/Adapt original all-over prints, placements, and graphics specifically suited for sleepwear based on newness, feedback, and collaboration

· Collaborate and communicate with key partners throughout the design process including design and factory partners as needed

· Research seasonal trends, color palettes, and market inspirations to inform new print concepts.

· Create and prepare print-ready artwork, color separations, and repeat layouts for sampling and production.

· Maintain organization of digital print libraries and artwork archives.

· Manage priorities and meet design calendar deadlines.

Requirements:

· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.

· Solid understanding of printing techniques, fabric behavior, with a strong sense of color

· Portfolio required at time of interview

· Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design or related field preferred.

· Ability to pivot freely between priorities each day

· Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in related role

Salary Range: $80k - $90k
