The Senior Marketing Communications Leader leads global internal and external communications for PPG's Aerospace business. This role is responsible for setting communications strategy, partnering closely with senior business leaders, and executing programs that support commercial growth, reputation, employee engagement, and business transformation.
This is a hybrid position, working Monday through Thursday in an office, with a Friday remote day.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global internal and external communications for the Aerospace business
- Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with business & growth priorities
- Serve as a strategic communications advisor to Aerospace leadership
- Develop and implement internal communications strategy to improve employee engagement
- Develop and implement external communications strategy and reputation-building initiatives
- Lead change-management initiatives across a global footprint. Develop and execute project plan, if required
- Partner with corporate affairs and media relations teams to position PPG as a technology and sustainability leader
- Lead human interest social media strategy and execution in collaboration with the digital marketing team
- Oversee development of executive messaging, presentations, talking points, and business narratives
- Ensure message consistency, alignment with PPG enterprise strategy, and brand integrity across channels
- Only US Citizens, Green card holders, political asylees, and refugees are eligible to apply
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in corporate, business, or marketing communications, within a global industrial or B2B environment
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and managing complex, global communications program
- Exceptional writing, technology skills, and stakeholder-management skills
