Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician Location: Avon, MASchedule: 1st Shift, 7:00am–3:30pmCompensation: $29.00–$34.00 per hour, commensurate with skills and experienceStart: Immediate opportunities available A day in this role When your shift begins at 7:00am, you’ll review maintenance tickets and walk the production floor to prioritize tasks. From calibrating sensors and aligning components to diagnosing a stubborn mechanical fault, you’ll make sure our equipment runs safely and efficiently so customers get the quality they expect—right on time. What you’ll tackle Plan and perform routine service: cleaning, lubrication, alignment/adjustments, and calibration.Test, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery; source and install replacement parts.Execute preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems to maximize uptime.Analyze failures and recommend upgrades to boost availability, capability, and yield.Diagnose complex equipment issues and resolve root causes.Create clear technical reports documenting modifications and maintenance procedures.
