Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking an experienced CRNA for a full time position covering two Ambulatory surgery centers in Lakewood and Eatontown, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients.
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
- Administer anesthesia, monitor patients intraoperatively, and manage post-anesthesia recovery.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care support as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Current CRNA certification and licensure in NJ.
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and monitoring.
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in ambulatory or outpatient surgery preferred but not required.
- Hours: Full time-
Monday to Friday 8 hours a day, or 4 days a week 10 hours per day.
Compensation & Benefits:
