The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an organized and driven Project Manager to coordinate internal projects while supporting the daily operations of our growing e-commerce business.
Working closely with leadership and the Director of E-Commerce, this role helps keep projects on track, operations running smoothly, and online marketplaces performing efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers hands-on exposure to project management, e-commerce operations, inventory coordination, analytics, and digital marketing, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do:
Project Management & Operations
- Coordinate internal projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope
- Support daily office and operational functions with leadership
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and objectives to stakeholders
- Maintain organized documentation, files, and reporting systems
- Schedule and assist with meetings, including project kickoffs and status updates
- Prepare estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and operational documents
- Monitor project timelines, company goals, and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes
E-Commerce Operarions
- Assist with managing product listings, pricing updates, and promotions across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart
- Monitor product performance, seller metrics, and customer reviews
- Track order processing, fulfillment timelines, and shipping performance
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and fulfillment partners to resolve issues
Inventory & Coordination
- Track inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory
- Coordinate purchasing and inventory planning with suppliers and warehouse teams
- Maintain accurate inventory reporting and internal tracking systems
- Monitor order status and ensure accurate fulfillment and recordkeeping
Marketing & Advertising Support
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), GoogleAds, and SEO/SEM campaigns
- Support keyword research, campaign optimization, and performance tracking
- Help develop marketing materials, product page content, and promotional messaging
- Assist with performance reporting and ROI analysis
- Support social media initiatives and promotional campaigns
Administrative & Reporting Support
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and shared documentation
- Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and performance reports
- Monitor key performance indicators and assist leadership in tracking goals
- Take meeting notes, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, e-commerce, or administrative roles
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Strong analytical ability and comfort interpreting spreadsheets and performance data
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred but not required
- Ability to learn new systems quickly in a fast-paced environment
