Job Overview:
Essential Responsibilities and Duties of this Position:
Must be a great communicator, ensure all staff knows how to give A customer service (at all times). Responsibilities as needed: De-matting and detangling pet hair as required. Bathing, conditioning, and drying pets. Trimming pets’ nails, brushing their teeth, cleaning their ears and anal expressions. Grooming and styling pets according to pet owners’ instructions or standard grooming styles. Accommodating special requests that pet owners may have. Identifying health issues in pets, such as ear infections, skin conditions, or tooth decay, and informing pet owners of these observations. Support kennel workers, pet bathers and pet groomer assistants, ensuring that all pets are safe during the grooming process. Routinely sanitizing & cleaning work areas. Recommending suitable products to pet owners. Ensure daily sanitizing and cleaning of facility. Build strong relationship with staff, customers/ clients/ pet parents and community leaders.
Other specific functions:
Creatively grow / expand operation and offerings
Issue invoices to customers / clients
Display proper phone etiquette skills with
customer/clients and associates
Education:
Relevant certifications in Pet Grooming are highly valued.

Pay: $34,885.00 - $50,766.02 per year
