Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Supervise and manage cleaning staff to ensure effective performance and adherence to cleaning protocols.
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring that all items are clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct inspections of cleaned areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Implement best practices in housekeeping management to enhance overall efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness.
- Assist with training new staff members on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or commercial cleaning preferred.
