In this role you will...
As a Press Machine Helper, you will be responsible to assist the operator in all the functions required to produce a quality product and to do the work in a safe manner by following company policies and procedures. They are responsible for ensuring that the product does not become contaminated in any way and the equipment is maintained in a manner that ensures that it operates as designed and is safe at all times

Responsibilities include:
- Assist with press setup and operation
- Load and prepare raw material rolls for production
- Retrieve ink, plate cylinders, and components for upcoming jobs
- Monitor ink viscosity and press quality during runs
- Clean and maintain press equipment to meet safety and food safety standards
- Label and handle waste, including hazardous waste materials
- Keep your workstation organized and compliant with SQF food safety requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work night shifts on a 3/2 rotating schedule
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus, but not required
- Lift up to 50 lbs
