Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possess basic computer and organizational skills.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to build good working relationships with coworkers are essential. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and willing to go the extra mile to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Accurately enter artwork-related information in the Radius system
• Collaborate with team members and follow directions as needed
• Maintain positive working relationships with production, sales, and customer service departments
• Provide occasional assistance to other department assistants
• Be flexible and willing to support various tasks or projects as assigned
• Perform other duties as needed based on the company’s operational needs

 Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track assigned tasks
• Detail-oriented and proactive in completing responsibilities
• Positive attitude with the ability to maintain strong working relationships with colleagues
• Willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Capable of troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed

Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:

• Must be willing to work occasional overtime as needed
