Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities ensuring accurate purchase orders and timely delivery.
- Develop sourcing strategies by analyzing market trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities to secure the best value for the company.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, sales, and inventory management to align procurement plans with operation schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance through regular evaluations and manage vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply chain reliability.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including inventory control and supply chain coordination, to prevent stockouts or excess stock.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Experience
- Proven experience in procurement management within the oil field environment or similar. Equipment/Vehicle Parts, Office/IT supplies, Re-rent equipment, and other assets
- Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation, vendor management, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a thorough understanding of pricing models and contract management principles.
- Prior experience working with logistics providers and managing supply chain risks is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to make informed purchasing decisions that support operational goals. Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
