Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
- Design and develop advanced dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows
- Develop and enhance conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and NLP-based applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems
- Ensure data quality through robust data cleaning, transformation, and validation processes
- Support development and deployment of machine learning models for AI use cases
- Optimize database performance and improve efficiency of data systems
- Work with Pharma/Life Sciences data while ensuring compliance with industry standards
- 8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or AI-related roles
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Extensive experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
- Solid understanding of machine learning and/or conversational AI concepts
- Experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Experience in Pharma or Life Sciences domain is required
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with chatbot development or NLP frameworks
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with data pipeline tools and ETL processes
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GxP, HIPAA)
- Experience supporting clinical, regulatory, or commercial data use cases
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
