Responsibilities
- Build deep learning models for molecular design, drug discovery, and protein analysis
- Develop generative AI systems for molecule generation and lead optimization
- Create agentic AI solutions to automate scientific workflows
- Prototype and deploy AI applications for pharmaceutical challenges
- Collaborate with chemists and biologists; publish/present findings
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or related field
- Strong expertise in deep learning (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Hands-on experience with generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers)
- Experience building agentic AI systems and autonomous agents
- Track record of publications OR prototyping/deployment
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
- Experience in pharma/biotech or life sciences
- Knowledge of cheminformatics or molecular modeling
- Familiarity with GNNs and molecular representations
