You Will- Stand up and evolve quality system procedures that explicitly align to ASTM standards.
- Manage quality control processes to ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
- Lead and mentor QA professionals; cultivate career growth and best-in-class execution.
- Run periodic audits and risk-based assessments; implement durable corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to rapidly contain and resolve quality issues.
- Track changes in ASTM requirements and translate them into practical workflows.
- Report performance and compliance insights to senior leadership with clarity and precision.
- Champion a company-wide quality mindset rooted in engagement and ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Quality (Master’s a plus).
- 7 years of quality and compliance experience, including 3 years leading teams.
- Robust command of ASTM standards and quality management systems.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements through QA initiatives.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communication finesse and the ability to partner across functions.
- Resilience in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Preferred credentials: Six Sigma, ASQ, or equivalent.
