Work Schedule:
This position’s work schedule has three available rotating work schedules (B Shift, C Shift, and D Shift). These work schedules alternate every other week with the scheduled days and times below:

- Saturday: 6:00am-6:15pm
- Sunday: 6:00am-6:15pm

Your Role: What You'll Do
As a Quality Control Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest industry standards. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring Quality Excellence - Maintain First Article parts and Visual Acceptance Standards (VAS).
- Process Control - Keep process books up to date with Engineering support.
- Precision Inspection - Conduct dimensional checks using top-tier measuring tools.
- Audit Leadership - Perform internal audits and communicate results effectively.
- Supplier Relations - Conduct receiving inspections and supplier audits as needed.
- Production Team Support - Provide training and quality guidance to production staff.
- Engineering Collaboration - Assist in tool trials and engineering projects.
- Problem Solving - Engage in customer and supplier issue resolution initiatives.
- 5S & Safety Champion - Promote workplace cleanliness and organization.
- Professional Representation - Be a quality advocate for internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Associate degree preferred, but experience in quality inspection (plastic injection molding) will be considered
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in calipers, micrometers, height gauges, check fixtures, and digital cameras
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to inspect and document quality processes
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written skills
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Team Player: Ability to work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and
- leadership teams
- Flexibility: Open to overtime and rotating shifts as needed
