Territory Sales Manager (Houston)
$80,000 – $100,000 Including Uncapped Commission | Company Vehicle Provided
Since 2003, Facilitec Southwest has been the leading provider of kitchen exhaust cleaning and rooftop grease containment throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. services. For more than 20 years, we have been helping restaurants, hotels, hospitals, casinos, schools, nursing homes, and all other industrial kitchens stay grease-free, compliant, and protected from fire risk.
We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Territory Sales Manager to own and grow our Houston market.
This is a true hunter role. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline, closing new business, and expanding an existing territory with significant growth potential.

- Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 – $100,000
- Uncapped Commission Structure
- Commission on Monthly AND Quarterly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Company vehicle provided
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, needs analysis, proposal, close
- Identify opportunities within restaurants, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline within your territory
- Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, inspections, and presentations
- Close new recurring revenue contracts and meet/exceed sales targets (Monthly Recurring Revenue must be met first 60 days of employment and must not exceed more than 90 days)
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics weekly using GoHighLevel and Salesforce
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently building a qualified pipeline
- Closing new accounts and generating recurring revenue
- Growing territory revenue month over month
- Becoming a trusted partner to your customers
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of B2B sales experience (outside sales required)
- Proven ability to prospect, close, and hit targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality
- Highly organized and disciplined in managing pipeline and follow-up
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile tools
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Hospitality or service industry experience is a plus
- Experience with site inspections, working on ladders

Travel & Schedule
- Territory: Houston and surrounding areas
- Frequent local travel with occasional overnight trips
- Monday–Friday with flexibility based on client needs for weekend work as needed
