Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and engine system issues on motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles
- Conduct repairs including engine overhauls, brake replacements, suspension adjustments, electrical diagnostics, welding, soldering, and assembly of parts
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicle components
- Maintain detailed service records, inspection reports, and repair logs to ensure transparency and quality control
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting advice and explain repair procedures clearly to foster trust and understanding
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake servicing, and suspension tuning
- Support the sales team by providing technical expertise on parts and accessories suitable for customer needs
- All payments are decided with Flat rate customer billable hours
Experience
- Proven experienced service technician background with a focus on powersports or automotive repair
- Hands-on experience repairing motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, or similar vehicles with knowledge of engine systems and mechanical components
- Skilled in Motorcycle and all terrain vehicles diagnostics using electronic diagnostic tools and electrical troubleshooting techniques
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and assembly processes
- Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques necessary for handling large parts or vehicle components safely
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
- Experience in brake repair, suspension work, engine system overhaul, welding tasks, and basic vehicle troubleshooting is highly desirable
- Must have own tools.
