Powerstaff is seeking an experienced Cost Manager /Quantity Surveyor to join an international cost management consultancy delivering a major $1B hyperscale data center project in Iowa. This is a key site-based position working client-side within a high-performing commercial team on one of the most high-profile mission-critical builds in the region. We are looking for professionals with strong commercial awareness and proven experience on large-scale construction projects. The Role: You will be responsible for cost planning, forecasting, reporting and financial control throughout project delivery.
