Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service and Parts Coordinator located in Paducah, KY. They will oversee the daily operations of the service and parts department, ensuring high-quality customer experiences and efficient management of team workflows. Primary responsibilities include coordinating parts, coordinating repairs and maintenance, supervising service technicians, maintaining records, addressing customer concerns, and working to meet department goals in terms of customer satisfaction and productivity. The Service Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the dealership.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing or supervising service operations, preferably in the powersports, automotive, or related industries.
- Technical knowledge of repairs and maintenance for powersports equipment, boats, or motorcycles is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills to foster an efficient and motivated workforce.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in scheduling, workflow management, and record-keeping systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Paducah, KY, ensuring consistent team support and involvement in dealership operations.
- Experience with dealership management software or service coordination systems is a plus.
- Relevant certifications or a degree in business administration, automotive technology, or a related field is desirable.
