**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and dental health, with experience in general dentistry and knowledge of Curve dental software.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Set up and breakdown operatory post-treatment
- Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health
- Perform various office tasks as necessary
**Requirements:**
- Certification or Associate Degree in Dental Assisting
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with Curve dental software is a plus
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, and systems
- Ability to provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in infection control procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
