We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support daily customer and operational workflows across Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, execution-focused environment and enjoys balancing customer interaction with operational coordination.
Success in this role requires urgency, accuracy, organization, and strong follow-through. On a daily basis, you will:
- Work within a high-volume environment managing calls, emails, orders, quotes, and transactional requests simultaneously
- Process customer orders, quotes, and account updates accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate closely with internal operational teams to support customer needs and order flow
- Maintain responsiveness while balancing competing priorities and deadlines
- Support customers with order-related questions, shipment updates, product inquiries, and account requests
- Utilize ERP and CRM systems to track orders, follow-ups, and customer activity
- Escalate issues appropriately while ensuring timely communication and resolution
What You'll Do
Transactional Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accuracy and responsiveness while managing competing priorities under tight timelines
- Support customers with order-related questions, service requests, and account inquiries
- Provide accurate information regarding products, inventory availability, and order status
- Ensure customer requests are handled efficiently and escalated appropriately when necessary
Order & Quote Management
- Process customer orders, quotes, and transactional requests accurately and efficiently
- Enter and maintain customer and order information within ERP and CRM systems
- Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and pricing consistency
- Coordinate order updates, shipment information, and delivery timelines
- Track and follow up on open orders and customer requests
Operational Coordination
- Partner closely with Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support daily operations
- Help coordinate resolution of order issues, delivery questions, inventory concerns, and transactional inquiries
- Support fast-lane workflows and high-priority customer requests as business needs require
- Maintain working knowledge of PowerPak products, services, and operational processes
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and customer responsiveness
Required Qualifications
- 25 years of customer service, sales support, order management, or administrative experience in a B2B environment
- Experience processing customer orders, quotes, or transactional requests
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with ERP, CRM, or order management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
