Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Associate at PowerLogics. Physical job location is at our office space in Canton, Georgia (Thrive at The Mill) with the opportunity for remote work opportunities in the future.
An Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling account management tasks such as providing bids or quotations for construction projects based off of electrical plans and take-offs.
Daily responsibilities include responding timely to inquiries received via email and phone, analysis of electrical plans and specifications, generation of proposals/bids, providing product information and support, collaborating with other members of the team, following up on projects, processing and managing purchase orders to maintain high levels of customer service.
Qualifications & Skills Needed
- Sales, estimating and/or project management experience (preferably in an electrical distribution or construction environment), preferred
- Familiarity reading electrical plans, specifications and/or performing take-offs, preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Experience with CRM’s and Quoting Softwares (HubSpot)
- Ability to communicate both verbally and through writing in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner
- Ability to multitask digitally (using several softwares or browsers at the same time, often while talking on the phone simultaneously and navigating the systems)
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to create, edit and analyze Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PDF files
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer service
- Ability to work independently, and as an integral team member
